Hello, i'm in process of making the publication about Sergey Khrabrykh, i have added some links that i was asked to add before and tried to to design everything according to the requierements. A good place to start would be providing sources for statements like "Sergey succeeded in having INTERPOL lift the red notice, and he was later granted political asylum in France." Secondly, I would make sure you read WP:GNG, and make sure you provide enough sources that help us attest whether Sergey meets notability criteria.
