I would like to see the article completed. Many are getting Jacob Summerall-Summerlin confused with his son, "Jacob Summerlin - King of the Crackers." The comment above was that the references don't show significant coverage. I'm really not good at writing but I would think the Florida Territorial Papers would've been sufficient references. This man served as a representative and senator for the Florida Territorial government - before Florida became a state. Also, he's mentioned in two books.
