Thank you for your comment. This is a harsh and probably incorrect judgement of the Wikipedia guidelines for an incidental single word change change such as this. The text does not have readability or accessibility problems because of the legitimate change of the past tense for a word has been made. especially when this change has been made in good faith and in respect of neccesary guide lines .
