Wikipedia uses a custom citation style, and you should use the {{cite ...}} template which you think best fits the citation source
I haven't really done research for an article, so try to raise an issue about that on the article's talk page?
TLDR: Articles must not take sides, but should explain the sides, fairly and without editorial bias. This applies to both what you say and how you say it.
You generally shouldn't use any bold or italic text in articles. The manual of style explains in what cases to use those text formats
To add an image to an article, it must be relevant. To upload an image, follow directions on WP:UPLOAD. The licensing requirements depend on where you are uploading the image

Caricias album cover

Hello Leonidlednev,

I have recently uploaded a 500px scan of the album cover for Caricias, and you have undone that edit. I was almost sure that that size would be too large, so I have attempted to reupload it at 316px, the size acceptable to the bot that downsized the file previously. However, I have found that this does not work either. The file uploads fine, but it is not shown on the Caricias page and attempting to click its link takes me to the previous file; I can only view my file in the Media Viewer. I see that if I attempt to press "undo" on my update it says that it seems like that's already been done. I know you have not done that individually, but have you somehow placed a hold on any updates to that photograph? I would like to add a better representation because the current is crappy-looking, but I cannot if you have prevented me in some way. Please let me know. Thank you. @Zach12211: If an album cover image already exists, there shouldn't really be any reason for a new version to be uploaded. The guidelines state that images should be rescaled as small as possible to still be useful as identified by their rationale, and no larger. See WP:IMAGERES.
