Please do not try to assert that I'm being too emotional or illogical - it's in bad taste and, is, frankly, wrong. I am dismissive of SpaceX because I am applying logic. To whit:

A: SpaceX is a company owned by Elon Musk.
B: Companies owned by Elon Musk regularly make wild claims that entirely fail to materialize or that materialize in a highly incomplete form.
C: SpaceX, therefore, may be making claims that will fail to materialize or that will materialize in a highly incomplete form. This makes the SpaceX claim dubious.
D: Wikipedia should contextualize dubious claims such that their dubious nature is clear.
E: Therefore Wikipedia should contextualize SpaceX claims as dubious. Simonm223 (talk) 14:03, 26 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Contextualization is not omission... Musk's exaggeration and overhyping hasn't stopped his companies from actually delivering a significant portion of things that had been widely dismissed as impossible or baseless bloviating... I'm definitely no fan of Musk myself but judging everything tangential to him solely on his own severe distastefulness is disingenuous... Largely Legible Layman (talk) 14:26, 26 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
