[edit]I kept finding interviews that stated born 71 and 73, but what caught my eye was the wiki entry stating her graduating (from my alma mater) in 89, which would have made her a fairly early graduate.
I can't find anything else. maybe she did leave Chatsworth High school at 16, but reliable sources are scarce.
thanks for keeping it accurate, Augmented Seventh (talk) 04:17, 18 March 2025 (UTC)

| Thanks for reporting User:IndiaisARYAN. I was on the case, but then forgot which one was the correct DB. By the time I tagged it, I got an edit conflict notice! ☩ (Babysharkboss2) 16:20, 7 April 2025 (UTC) |

- This page was deleted: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Gonzalo_Lira_(4th_nomination) in 2023, before Gonzalo Lira's death. Some of these editors who deleted the article are indirectly responsible for Lira's death, not legally but morally. The edits that volunteer Wikipedia edit warriors makes have real consequences, deleting other people's hard work and dedication can literally kill people. Lira is one of a multitude of examples of how Wikipedia edits have real world consequences.
Currently on the Gonzalo Lira talk page (October 8 2025), thanks for "!voting" to keep the article in 2024, you are a voice in the wilderness and should be honored. 2A00:1370:8186:3825:F8D8:A280:79A3:63F8 (talk) 07:55, 8 October 2025 (UTC)
Reversion and “possible BLP issue or vandalism” tag on Bassnectar edits
[edit]Regarding your recent reversion of my edits to the Bassnectar article, accompanied by the tag “Reverted possible BLP issue or vandalism” on one of the three edit reversions. I’d like to understand the justification for this action. My edits were carefully made to improve both the accuracy and structure of the article.
More broadly, my edits addressed a much larger issue: the article’s lack of clear and proportionate coverage of the sexual misconduct allegations that have defined Bassnectar’s public reputation since 2020. These allegations, their fallout, and subsequent legal developments have been widely reported by major, reputable media outlets and have had direct, lasting effects on his career. Presenting this information prominently — particularly in the lead section — is necessary for an accurate and balanced summary of his notability.
The version you restored omits or minimizes this context in a way that misrepresents the subject’s public standing. Labeling my attempt to correct that imbalance as a “possible BLP issue or vandalism” is not only unsupported but unfair. Nothing in my edits was unsourced, defamatory, or in bad faith.
I’ve opened a detailed discussion on the article’s Talk page: Talk:Bassnectar#On Reversion of Lead Changes Regarding Sexual Misconduct Allegations
I’d appreciate if you could clarify what specific concern prompted such a tag, and on what basis you felt a wholesale reversion was warranted. OctaviusBCS (talk) 04:54, 13 October 2025 (UTC)
