Deletion pending for File:Trebuchet 15.1.jpeg
[edit]Hello, JaredTamana. Some time ago, a file you uploaded — File:Trebuchet 15.1.jpeg — was tagged with {{OTRS pending}}, indicating that you (or perhaps the copyright holder if you did not create this image) submitted a statement of permission to permissions-en@wikimedia.org. Though there is often a backlog processing messages received at this address, we should have received your message by now.
- If you have not submitted (or forwarded) a statement of permission, please send it immediately to permissions-en@wikimedia.org and let us know at the OTRS noticeboard that you have done so.
- If you have already sent this message, it is possible that there was a problem receiving it. Please re-send it to permissions-en@wikimedia.org and let us know at the OTRS noticeboard that you have done so.
If we don't hear from you within one week, the file will be deleted. If we can help you, please feel free to ask at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 14:44, 3 September 2018 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:Hamilton LRT Logo.jpg
[edit]
Thanks for uploading File:Hamilton LRT Logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of non-free use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 02:18, 9 July 2025 (UTC)
Hamilton LRT
[edit]Hi JaredTamana, I'm replying to the help request you left at File talk:Hamilton LRT Logo.jpg. I'm sorry that your copyright question was not responded to, but unfortunately we cannot extend the deadline for deletion for suspected copyright problems. I don't think there would be an issue with you re-uploading the file.
As for copyright, I think that the image you uploaded meets the criteria to use {{PD-textlogo}}, because the logo is plain text on a solid background, and therefore does not require a non-free use rationale. But it was deleted, so maybe I'm wrong about that. I always go to our resident copyright expert, Diannaa, with questions like this, hopefully she's around and can provide better insight. - Hello, the image is plain enough to not qualify for copyright protection. I will restore it and move it to the Commons for you.— Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 20:58, 23 July 2025 (UTC)
- Image is now available for use: File:Hamilton LRT Logo.jpg.— Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 21:04, 23 July 2025 (UTC)
