You may find Template:Infobox historic site to be of use; it allows more information on (especially anglosphere) historic buildings than the generic building one, imho.

Be warned of the pitfalls of infobox frenzy (I have fallen foul of it & it is a contentious topic in the historic house area, see my old edit history/talk page/... probably).

In the case of this peer, does the page name keep the oldest title only? You need to distinguish between writing about the title and the persons who hold the title.
