Information icon Hello, I'm Peaceray. I noticed that you recently removed content from Pierre Bonnard without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Hello Peaceray. Thankyou for getting back to me. I wanted to delete the image has I made a couple of mistakes ..one in his dates..I wrote 1864 and it should be 1867 and the picture should be title at St Valery-sur-Somme and not St Valery-sur-Seine. Both stupid errors ! Please tell me when all the images I've to date uploaded are deleted and then i'll upload the correct image. Thanks for your help Graeme Perkins Graeme Perkins (talk) 14:18, 31 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I have over 15,000 pages on my watch list, so it is hard to monitor everything. The best way to get an editor's attention is to use the {{ping}} template. For example, the syntax for pining me is {{ping|Peaceray}}.
The best way to correct mistakes in naming an image is to ask to rename it in Commons rather than attempting to delete it. See the responses at commons:Commons:Deletion requests/File:‘A Boat at High Tide, St. Valery-sur-Seine’ Juin 1910 Pierre Bonnard (1864-1947).png. Peaceray (talk) 14:07, 1 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
