ALCO RS-3m

I wanted to drop by and say thank you for your work on the ALCO RS-3m page. I proposed a merger to the RS-3 page because I was unable to find many sources for the RS-3m, but you've proven me wrong and rebuilt a solid portion of the article with citations. If there isn't much support for merging within a week of when I proposed the merger, I will withdraw the request since I think this page could stand on its own now.
