Your submission at Articles for creation: Metropolitan Touring (November 23)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Hell in a Bucket was:
This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved. Hell in a Bucket (talk) 08:12, 23 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Draft:Metropolitan Touring, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by MatthewVanitas was:
This is a good start, and the topic does appear to meet WP:Notability.

That said, your sources right now are way too focused on routine travel media, but for a company existing over a half-century there are much more serious discussions of its long-term career and impact to use. Here's just one example of a section of a book you could cite, and you can find more by checking out GoogleBooks, and skip over the basic tour-guide stuff and pick out serious books discussing the history of the Galapagos, international touring business, Ecuadorian economy, etc. We don't want "fun facts" about little tour things they do, we want serious discussion about the key impacts of this company, things people will be curious about 100 years from now. Check out this book for some ideas:

Carol Ann Bassett (19 May 2009). Galapagos at the Crossroads: Pirates, Biologists, Tourists, and Creationists Battle for Darwin's Cradle of Evolution. National Geographic Society. pp. 111–. ISBN 978-1-4262-0435-7.

Please expand/strengthen the sourcing. Also, you're not quite getting formatting right; please see WP:Sections for how to code section breaks, and see WP:Referencing for beginners for how to cite sources.

Make those changes, click Resubmit, and we should be getting very close to publishing.
You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
