Based on indexing, this is a notable journal, but the references used do not support the text of the article, leading me to believe it was generated by a large language model. See for example [4] "Sociologica Curated", which is supposed to support the entire section of the same name but makes no mention of "intellectual hubs" or "urgent questions".
