Hi, thanks for your message on my Talk page. There shouldn't be any unsourced statements in a Wikipedia article, especially in a biography of a living person. So yes, the awards need referencing, and the sentences starting Under his leadership
, the one about Rotary, and the paragraph starting At ITC, Roman introduced and led
. Two references are dead, one that I looked at doesn't contain the text "Dan Roman" and another just has a passing reference.

- e.g. For my awards from Malta Order I have the Number of the award, and the date . In addition I have a mail from the Order that are register in their archives. I have also scans from the diplomas. It is fine this kind of evidences ?

- Hi, the best way is to use the edit request wizard to request changes. Then it will be seen by more editors. The sources for the award you mention sound like primary sources and not published; ideally you want a secondary source like a newspaper article, or, failing that, is there an official announcement published?
