So, on my recommendation, you were kind enough to nominate three or four supercentenarian pages for deletion a couple of years ago, and therefore I would consider you somewhat of an expert 😉! (edit conflict) I was about to open the discussion right now, but unfortunately there are a lot of editors who think WP is some kind of supercentenarian Wikia, which inevitably makes nominations for deletion rather difficult. As with many other articles started by the same editor, there is nothing in this one that justifies a stand-alone article. Being the oldest in a country does not automatically make anyone WP:NOTABLE, there needs to be some worthwhile encyclopedic content and this one only has the usual longevity fanfluff.
