Converting ILL

[edit]Lady Alys should be credited (along with Cordelia) as an example of the existence and deployment of "soft power" — specifically, political goals & agendas assisted & accomplished by persons without overt political standing or power, by use of social position, networking, oversight of the education of children, initiation of cultural change, etc.
