How did you get badge #8?

Yes there was a problem getting it i try many time restart and reset to do all over again but it don’t appear but it just hurt my feeling to not see it complete so i just edit and put it there for cosmetic there was a way to dit the profile page to put the badge on there like each badge is a line of code so i just copy other badge code and change number to 8.
