Hi, "St. Petersburg Street Course" is the name of the circuit, not just a descriptor, so it should be capitalized. Electricmemory (talk) 14:59, 2 September 2025 (UTC)
- @Electricmemory I understand that now and to be consistent, I moved Detroit street circuit to Detroit Street Circuit. Assadzadeh (talk) 20:29, 2 September 2025 (UTC)
- @Assadzadeh Do you have multiple accounts? Because it was not this account which moved the page. Electricmemory (talk) 22:58, 2 September 2025 (UTC)
- Also, this move is incorrect, as that article is about multiple different circuits. I will be moving it back. If you still think it should be moved, start a move discussion. Electricmemory (talk) 22:58, 2 September 2025 (UTC)
- No, I don't have multiple accounts. I spoke incorrectly, I actually moved Detroit Belle Isle street circuit to Detroit Belle Isle Street Circuit. So I moved it back as well. Assadzadeh (talk) 04:58, 3 September 2025 (UTC)
- Some should be capitalized, some not. It depends on if the capitalization is actually part of the circuit name. Electricmemory (talk) 12:35, 4 September 2025 (UTC)
- For road courses (e.g. Barber Motorsports Park) and ovals (e.g. Indianapolis Motor Speedway), I agree that the entire name should be capitalized. However, for street circuits, it seems that artcle titles are arbitrarily chosen. For example, we have Detroit street circuit, even though IndyCar.com [1] refers to the track as Streets of Detroit, but St. Petersburg Street Course, even though IndyCar.com refers to it as Streets of St. Petersburg. So, if we're going to be consistent, then it should be "St. Petersburg street circuit" (lower-case and "circuit", not "course"). Assadzadeh (talk) 16:16, 4 September 2025 (UTC)
- @Assadzadeh It's important to note that (usually) only IndyCar refers to those circuits by those names. Not all series which use those circuits use those names to refer to them. Electricmemory (talk) 00:23, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
- OK, thanks for the feedback. So, going back to the original discussion, are there independent, reliable sources that support St. Petersburg Street Course? Assadzadeh (talk) 01:02, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
- I don't know, I haven't looked. I wasn't the one who created that article. Start a move discussion if you feel like it Electricmemory (talk) 05:29, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
- Personally I believe that one shouldn't be capitalized Electricmemory (talk) 05:31, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
- OK. I think we are finally in agreement that "Street Course" is in fact a descriptor and not part of the name of the circuit. Assadzadeh (talk) 05:56, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
- In this case, yes. In other cases, it should be capitalized. It's complicated! Electricmemory (talk) 15:23, 5 September 2025 (UTC)

NFL stadium roof type
[edit]ETFE is the roof material used in the translucent covered roofs of newer NFL stadiums, which is why it was linked that way. — Dissident93 (talk) 02:03, 11 September 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for providing the source. Please add it to the article, too, as I thought you were basing it on WP:OR. Assadzadeh (talk) 02:47, 11 September 2025 (UTC)

Hello Assadzadeh! I was wondering why you reverted my edit and made the legend on top, All Indycar schedule legends have been on the bottom, and now you're suddenly adding it to the top? 45BearsFan (talk) 17:15, 17 September 2025 (UTC)
- Having the legend at the top makes it obvious what each icon represents, rather than having to scroll to the bottom first, then back up to the top. It was originally at the bottom, before I moved it to the top per this edit, then @Hmnphl changed it from the top to the right per this edit and finally you moved it back to the bottom, which I reverted and changed it to the top again. So, we went full circle. In my opinion, when it's on the side, it's not obvious either when viewing on a mobile device, as one has to scroll to the right first, then back to the left. That's why I'm recommending that it be at the top and would be inclined to change it for previous seasons, too. Assadzadeh (talk) 17:34, 17 September 2025 (UTC)
- that makes more sense, im more into the nascar side of motorsports wikipedia, so im used to seeing it on the bottom. i'll start a discussion about moving it up top. thanks for your summary! 45BearsFan (talk) 21:09, 17 September 2025 (UTC)
- I prefer to have consistency, whether it's just across the IndyCar season pages, or between IndyCar and NASCAR. So, whatever is decided is OK with me. Assadzadeh (talk) 21:21, 17 September 2025 (UTC)
