- Are you suggesting that the position of Chief Secretary isn’t notable? That’s surprising. In India, the Chief Secretary (India) is the highest-ranking bureaucrat in a state, responsible for coordinating all departments and advising the Chief Minister. Dismissing it as anything less like calling it a clerk position shows a serious misunderstanding of Indian governance. This isn’t just my opinion and it’s basic, widely known administrative structure. For anyone familiar with how the Indian bureaucracy functions? and Chief Secretary’s role is unquestionably significant and notable. 𝒮-𝒜𝓊𝓇𝒶 10:28, 28 May 2025 (UTC)
