Should you believe the subject you were writing about deserves an article, please use the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version that you can then get feedback on. Thank you for your reply and clarifications. My intention was never to hijack anybody’s page but to write mine own page. I had referred to your links but there is so much information but not the one which I am looking for, in my case there is page already for Anand Prakash (who is separate person) and I want to create for myself (I am artist). Please see the above message on your page by Justlettersandnumbers. Subjects writing autobiographies about themselves is strongly discouraged, and very difficult to do neutrally. Read WP:Autobiography carefully and fully. Failure to meet policies and guidelines (such as notability) will likely result in deletion and frustration.

If believe you will succeed where many others have failed, use the WP:Articles for Creation process, and consider choosing a draft title like "Anand Prakash (artist)" to disambiguate it. If you have any further questions a great place to ask is at the Teahouse where many experienced editors answer questions from newcomers.
