Ordinary spelling and grammar mistakes aside (please copyedit), it is unclear to me 1) what is the formulation of the problem the algorithm is trying to solve and 2) what is the final computed quantity of the algorithm. You might also want to spend some effort explaining what regret minimisation is, and as with all optimisation algorithms, give a full formulation in terms of the objective function, optimising variable and the form of any constraints. Also, the title of the draft should be the full name of the algorithm and not an acronym.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.
