Hi Jay, thanks for reaching out with all the links to get a better understanding of the editing process and its particularities on wikipedia!
Though I did want to ask a couple of questions that I've been considering for a little bit now. Feel free to refer me elsewhere if you don't have the answer, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
If I encounter a piece of information on an article that is unfit to be there (i.e. lacking a crucial cite, being factually incorrect, or aside the point of the article altogether) what is the proper action to take? Deletion with explanation? Make it a point of discussion under talk? Or something else?
Second, if I wanted to discuss a change to how a series of articles are treated, where would be the appropriate venue for that? For instance, if I wanted to discuss adding less conventional websites as credible sources for slang entries, where would be the best place to do that? AMBIHW (talk) 05:01, 19 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
