@MrOllie I've raised a good-faith BLP concern backed by the source, and I've used the article talk page as required. The content in question attributes a false scientific claim to a living person without clear support from the cited source, which violates both BLP and basic verification policy. That is not disruptive. It's responsible editing. 2A06:5900:C09A:4800:A99D:FA4:BFF8:62D2 (talk) 03:11, 22 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
You've been edit warring to try to force on an improper tag, and you've been reopening closed edit requests. Both are disruptive. MrOllie (talk) 03:13, 22 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@MrOllie this should be the proper tag:
Please add it. 2A06:5900:C09A:4800:A99D:FA4:BFF8:62D2 (talk) 03:32, 22 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
No. The page should not carry any tag at all, that is my point. That one person (in this case you) disagrees is not a reason to put a maintenance tag in. MrOllie (talk) 03:33, 22 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Just to clarify, I’m not the only person who has raised concerns about this content. Another editor, User:Ryanrw1984, brought it up at Talk:Circumcision, while I raised it at Talk:Circumcision and HIV. Both discussions concern unsourced or poorly sourced claims about living people, which directly implicates BLP and VER policy. 2A06:5900:C09A:4800:A99D:FA4:BFF8:62D2 (talk) 03:43, 22 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
