I see you are changing IP addresses. This is why it is good to have a user name, so your account will follow you wherever you log in. Like I said before, if you forgot your previous password, then it makes sense as a reason to make a new account, especially if you want to be involved in policy and making substantial changes to articles. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 16:07, 10 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again! It seems like I gonna use the IP addresses for some time... right? My device are charged after being shut, which is why my IP recently changed. Also I won't going to use the "..." comment. 27.75.133.93 (talk) 23:33, 10 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Yea but if you're just going from IP to IP, then that doesn't help as far as establishing an identity on Wikipedia! The whole reason for making a user name is getting involved, influencing policy, participating in discussions. While you can do that as an anonymous user, you won't have a detailed user history every time you change IP addresses. It helps when communicating with others to have a user in mind when you're talking to them, especially when building consensus or collaborations. For instance, you're probably already used to me reaching out and bugging you. :P ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 02:40, 11 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Ok. But now, can you just... (looks at the date and... oh no.) 27.75.133.93 (talk) 03:43, 11 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
"you're probably already used to me reaching out and bugging you. :P" That's hilarious, and I kept laughing out! 27.75.133.93 (talk) 14:02, 11 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
So, how about making a user name then? It’s better for establishing an identity than just using an IP address. Hurricanehink mobile (talk) 15:19, 11 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, but I may create a new one in the future, maybe... that's all! 27.75.133.93 (talk) 23:48, 11 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Then until you make a user name, I suggest you refrain from talk page proposals, such as Amanda/Cristobal, or anything new that needs to be discussed. Any new proposals as your new IP address will look like it is a new user, which suggests that someone new is bringing up an idea, which isn’t the case here. Ok. I'll do one in the future! 27.75.133.93 (talk) 05:04, 12 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
