Wikipedia ref tag?

Hello, what did you mean when you wrote Wikipedia has a standard format to cite accession numbers which is to use the "ref" tag between left and right angle brackets (https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/angle_bracket) followed by two left curly brackets (https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/curly_bracket) then GenBank|ON127764.1 followed by two right curly brackets and a closing "/ref" tag between left and right angle brackets.
