- The Gem is the Bayer abbreviation of Theta Geminorum. Ⰻⱁⰲⰰⱀⱏ (ⰳⰾ) 21:00, 24 July 2025 (UTC)
Of interest?
[edit]Randomly, yesterday I stumbled upon the topic of Poland — Historical Literary, Monumental‑Picturesque dedicated to the People of the U.S. of America, which is probably notable ([1]) and has been claimed to be the first Slavic journal in the USA (might be the first Slavic ever; elsewhere I have refs for it being the first Poland-themed journal in the USA). I might write an article on it. (Context: Yesterday I wrote on pl wiki article on the first Polish-language newspaper in the USA, pl:Echo z Polski...). - Definitely notable. Ping me if you need any help! Ⰻⱁⰲⰰⱀⱏ (ⰳⰾ) 02:15, 31 August 2025 (UTC)
- Should be good: pl:Poland – Historical Literary, Monumental-Picturesque. Hopefully I'll find time to translate it, but honestly, I leave it to others (and hope soon we will have a few-click AI tool for translations; the current system still takes too much time, sigh). You did a good job sourcing another ghost town. Can you do the same here? Bearian (talk) 01:33, 2 September 2025 (UTC)
- Another one is Miholjački Karlovac. Bearian (talk) 01:43, 2 September 2025 (UTC)
- And Novi Kobaš. Bearian (talk) 01:45, 2 September 2025 (UTC)
- Finally, Rogolje. Bearian (talk) 01:55, 2 September 2025 (UTC)
- In addition to Kabalna, I expanded Malo and Veliko Nabrđe. I only added one source to Novi Kobaš. Ⰻⱁⰲⰰⱀⱏ (ⰳⰾ) 19:42, 2 September 2025 (UTC)

[edit]I tried another method as per Template:Harvard_citation_no_brackets#No_author_name_in_citation_template. It seems citing the work is preferred when there is no author; they also give the option of "Anon." or "Anonymous". See if you like it. Mr.choppers | ✎ 02:24, 23 September 2025 (UTC)
- That worked! Thank you, I might use it in the future. Ⰻⱁⰲⰰⱀⱏ (ⰳⰾ) 02:28, 23 September 2025 (UTC)
Ways to improve Mateše
[edit]Hello, Иованъ,
Thank you for creating Mateše.
I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:
Not sure it meets WP:NTOWN. It appears to function similar to a census tract.

- It is not just a census tract. Its first mention was in 1486, when census tracts did not yet exist (as such). I have added a source, with a link to the relevant page, if you are interested. Ⰻⱁⰲⰰⱀⱏ (ⰳⰾ) 20:56, 10 October 2025 (UTC)
