I started on AOL, but quickly became interested in mIRC. It began with a purging of Dragonball Z episodes due to Funimation buying the rights and my best friend learned about dalnet from his dad. I earned my first laptop from my first job and later learned about irc and that we scanned for vulnerable machines with high upload speeds and high uptime to load files for leechers to download. That was the beginning.
