Alvaro Dias Huizar (born July 28, 1980) is a chess player, attorney and legal scholar educated in France. ^[1][2] Acoording to International Chess Federation he has been 2nd ranked of Venezuela and one of the strongest players in Americas continent.^[3] He learned to play at the age of five and very young he defeated in a simultaneous display the argentinian Grand Master Julio Bolbochan^[4]. He has got high score and win several open local tournaments ^[5].
