I contribute to Wikipedia with a focus on addressing long-standing factual inaccuracies concerning the history, geography, and ethnography of the former Jammu Province. Much of this region—particularly Mirpur, Bhimber, Kotli, and Sudhanoti—is frequently mislabelled as “Kashmir,” despite its distinct Dogra–Chib–Mangral heritage, separate linguistic identity (Jammu Pahari), and documented administrative position within the pre-1947 Jammu Province.

My editing work is centred on ensuring that articles reflect verifiable historical sources, archival materials, and established scholarship rather than political narratives or inherited assumptions.

I do not promote any personal, political, or organisational agenda. My objective is to help align Wikipedia content with reliable sources in accordance with Wikipedia’s policies on neutrality, verifiability, and reliable sourcing.
