I am a licensed chemical engineer and climate-energy professional based in the Philippines, currently working as a sustainability consulting analyst. Outside of work, my intellectual interests include medicine, chemistry, electronics, digital archiving/compression, and open source software. On my free time, I love engaging in sci-fi books (Three Body Problem series), dystopian games (e.g., Arknights, Limbus Company).
As of end-July 2025, I will focus on articles talking about dietary supplements. I have a strong personal interest in supplementation for health improvement and a large curiosity for biochemistry and medicine (topics I've explored to some extent in college but did not pursue professionally), and I am bothered by the large amount of unreliable information found about this topic across the internet. I feel that contributing to such articles on Wikipedia would be my contribution towards encouraging more fact-based assertions about supplements, as well as force myself to learn more about optimizing my own approach towards healthy living.
I also cover events and topics relevant to the Filipino community. A recent example would be the ongoing controversy on flood control project anomalies for which I've provided significant coverage of responses from civil society groups. As needed, I may spend days to weeks dedicating all available Wikipedia editing time to contribute towards highly relevant Philippine events.
