My name is Ruby! I am an educator, curriculum officer, and lifelong learner with over 18 years of teaching experience across primary, secondary, and tertiary levels in Belize.

I am very passionate about using innovative teaching practices, research, and the integration of technology to make learning meaningful and engaging.

This hub was created as part of my graduate journey in Instructional Design Theories, Models and Strategies. My goal is to provide a space where fellow educators and learners can explore strategies to design effective, inclusive, and transformative learning experiences. I will share resources, insights, and practical tips grounded in both scholarship and my professional practice.
