Philippine Fisheries Management Areas

The 12 2019 "Fisheries Management areas" in the Philippines, covering both its territorial waters and its exclusive economic zone. External maps include [1] and [2]. The Benham Rise was annexed after the creation of the FMAs, probably needs a different shape that could flexibly present it as its own FMA or as part of FMA1. For the original 12, the legislation is Fisheries Administrative Order 263 which includes the precise borders of all 12 areas by latitude and longitude.

The Hwanhaejangseong fortress on Jeju Island still exists in at least 10 protected areas, which could be noted on the island.
