Reginaldo Migliorança is a dentist from Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil.

Migliorança was the one who introduced[1][2][3][4][5] the Extra Sinusal Technique (or Extramaxillary Surgical Technique or Exteriorized Zygomatic Implant Technique) for the placement of zygomatic implants in the maxilla, as an alternative to the Intra Sinusal Technique, described by Per Ingvar Brånemark in 1998.[6] The technique was described by Migliorança in a publication in January 2006,[7] and a follow-up of 75 patients treated with the technique between 2003 to 2006 was published in 2007.[8]
