Potential Articles:
The 2nd, 3rd and 4th article are protected articles, so these are not good picks for this assignment. I don't see any immediate concerns in the first article; the only exception is that there is a section at the end that violates WP:NOTESSAY.
The Tourism article, though, seems like a good pick as I see many citation issues (or lack of citations) that violate WP:V. The organization of section headers (and also some section names), I feel, could also use some work. So, reorganizing and rewriting are needed. I assign you this article. However, if you feel like you don't know where to start, even after a detailed analysis of the article, let me know so I can assign you another article. Thanks! Model Articles
[edit]- Tourism in Malta: This is a similar topic to my chosen article; however, because it is much more specific, it is able to keep its content more limited and do a better job with the explanations. From this article, I would like to take a look at its organization and consider where parts of the tourism article may be more fitting.
- San Diego: San Diego is a broad topic like tourism, and the first one that I have found to have such a high rating. I would like to use this as my model article in terms of organization for my article due to the similarities in length. San Diego is a popular tourism destination, and this article formats it in an easy-to-view, informative way. The difference with my article is that it informs about all tourism.
- World Heritage Site: This is another great article to use for reference when editing my article. The UNESCO World Heritage Sites are a section of my article, and are a reason that some people may be drawn to an area. While UNESCO is only a small part of my tourism article, it has another great outline of possible organizational structures and shows how to prioritize important information in an article.
