Separating out ports by designation?

Hey everyone!

Wondering if we should separate out ports/port authorities by deepwater, river, and/or inland classifications?

I guess there's about 75+ ports/authorities/distrcits in Washington state, as seen here HistoryLink - Washington Public Ports: A List with Founding Dates

I'm stopping adding any more 'cause the template is gonna get big if we do and maybe needs to be separated out as I mentioned above.
