Order of the list

I believe the list should be ordered according to the following criteria: 1. Number of wins — ranked in descending order. 2. Number of runner-up finishes — ranked in descending order. 3. Year of the most recent win — ranked in ascending order.

The reasoning behind criterion 3 is that a club's latest triumph is what determines its position, rather than its first. A club that achieved a certain number of titles earlier should be placed higher, while a club that reached the same milestone more recently should appear lower.
