Add a "contact" parameter?

I propose- albeit as just a fleeting thought- adding a contact or email parameter for department enquiry/contact emails to allow people who wish to contact the department (government-citizen interaction is important, in my opinion) to easily access contact details (some government pages can be quite the UX maze).
