use IOC codes/names

This template should be updated to use the IOC codes and the corresponding country names that match. e.g. The U.S. Virgin Islands' PASO tag comes up as  Virgin Islands; the IOC tag comes up as  Virgin Islands--the "U.S." is not part of the country's sport name. I'm not sure how to implement this in the template however. If someone can do it, and also update Template:FlagCAC similarly, that would be appreciated.
