This is the WikiProject banner template used by WikiProject Alabama to keep track of articles within its scope. All articles are categorised into Category:WikiProject Alabama articles.

Parameters

category – set |category=no if, and only if, a banner is being used for demonstration or testing purposes, to prevent unnecessary or undesirable categorization. Otherwise, omit this parameter.

Notes and alerts

attention – set |attention=yes if the article needs immediate attention from experienced editors. Use only if another parameter does not cover the need for attention; this should be used sparingly. It is strongly encouraged to also add a section to the talk page explaining what needs attention. This parameter populates Category:Alabama articles needing attention.
Imageneeded – set |Imageneeded=yes or any non-blank value other than "no", "n" or "0". The following message will be displayed: "An editor has requested that an image be added to this article. Please work with WikiProject Alabama to add a suitable image to this article." This will populate Category:Wikipedia requested photographs in Alabama.

Deprecated parameters

class – this parameter should be used with the banner shell template, not on individual project banners. See #Quality assessment below.
