Usage
[edit]This template is to show an interactive map of Paris' arrondissements. The main parameter is the aptly |arrondissement=. This parameter can be used to load the version of the Paris map which corresponds to that particular arrondissement.
The |prefix= parameter can be used to prefix the links, for example, to generate category links use |prefix=Category: to allow for navigating between categories.
The |float= parameter can be used to float the map to the left, right, or none. The default is |float=none.
Example
[edit]Say you are working on an article dealing with the 1er arrondissement and would like to have a map demonstrating this. All you have to do is enter this:
{{Paris Arrondissements|arrondissement=1}}
And voilà! Note parameter arrondissement has value "1", this tells the system to load the corresponding map, with the 1st arrondissment in a darker colour.
Setting |arrondissement=1er or |arrondissement=1st also works.
