Renders a flag icon and wikilink to Saint Lucia. This template is equivalent to {{flag|Saint Lucia}}, but is named after the standard three letter ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code, IOC code, and FIFA code for Saint Lucia as a shorthand editing convenience.
