i would like to suggest that this article be merged into the existing article for the original V magazine - it has not been worked on in over 8 months, and i would argue does not currently meet WP:GNG. it has never contained more than one or two paragraphs of content, and could be adequately explained via a redirect to a subheading in the main article.
