Merge proposal

Hello, I propose merging Zagreb Commuter Rail into Transport in Zagreb. Not only does this article already explain everything about commuter rail that the Zagreb Commuter Rail article does, it actually has even more information about the topic, seen by the size of the text. The other page doesn't hold any different information than this one other than rolling stock, and is very short (a stub). After the merge, the "Rolling stock" section and any other relevant information and sources from that article will be incorporated here.
