@Kautilyapundit: I think that both are informal contraction of the formal name Arulmigu Thirumalaikumaraswamy Temple, Panpoli - 627807, Tenkasi District [TM037836], using the English version of that site. As Arulmigu is an honorific (not usually included), perhaps Thirumalaikumaraswamy temple might be the best name (so, translating '-koil' or 'kovil', too, to something more accessible to readers).
