Release issues

Some complicated release issues for the release outside of Japan.

• Nintendo Power (from their review in January '94) says the game was available in January 1994.
• GamePro (from their review in December '93) says it was available by December '93.
• This newspaper from the UK on December 24, 1993 here lists it in their top 5 selling hand-held games in '93.
• "The Official Game Pak Directory Compliments of Nintendo Power" (from April 1994) lists the release as November 1993.
• The Cowabunga Collection from Digital Eclipse in 2022 says the US release date is "November 1993".

As we have variously conflicting release dates, I've decided to not make the approach that one is correct and others are wrong because even Nintendo seemed to dance around on when it was released. Expansion
