Unreliable source?

I'm working on a copy edit of this article and am concerned about this reference: Jeanty, Jacquelyn. "Social Theory of Diffustion". Aside from the typo, I can't find any trace of it from a university library search, web search etc. The author comes up as a freelance writer on e-how. Without a date or other details I am inclined to delete it as an unreliable source. Hoping there are enough RS to provide verifiable data on the topic. Comments anyone?
