(this roopkar magazine was the first film magazine of the State of Assam (India) which was totally dedicated to reporting of Assamese film & theater industry. This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because the first sentence of the article does in fact make a credible claim of importance when it states the subject is the first publication in its language and genre.
