Notation change

I've changed the idiosyncratic notation previously used in this article to conform to what is actually used in the literature. The previous state of things was very confusing, since what the article represented with ə was the opposite of what it signifies in actual literature on Proto-Samoyed (so please don't revert the edit). However, I mechanically went through to replace the previous notation, so the reconstructions will now need checking against the sources for whether they are correct.
