Length of lead
[edit]WP:LEADLENGTH suggests that when an article has 15,000 to 30,000 characters then two or three paragraphs are okay for the lead. So I will cut back the lead to three paragraphs & remove the tag. Anythingyouwant (talk) 17:47, 12 April 2023 (UTC)
- Please propose any chanages here on talk. Wholesale changes are likely to be reverted for discussion, and it's an unnecessary step. SPECIFICO talk 18:55, 12 April 2023 (UTC)
- I don’t expect any response here at the talk page, so why should I bother making a proposal here? For example, restoration of the merge tag hasn’t been explained here even though someone removed it at the other article. Nor has any alternative way of shortening the lead been suggested here, so that tag can be removed, User:SPECIFICO. Nor has any explanation been given for reverting this edit which inserted a date into a footnote. When edits are reverted for no reason, with no explanation, it’s hard to see what point is served by making formal proposals at the talk page. Anythingyouwant (talk) 19:33, 12 April 2023 (UTC)
- When none of the millions of Wikipedia editors respond to your recommendations, it's safe to assume they do not have consensus. SPECIFICO talk 20:30, 12 April 2023 (UTC)
- Please read Wikipedia:Don't revert due solely to "no consensus". You need a substantive reason, you need to explain your reasoning. Anythingyouwant (talk) 20:44, 12 April 2023 (UTC)

- Since the lead is three paragraphs, I've removed the "lead too long" tag. – Muboshgu (talk) 19:23, 26 November 2023 (UTC)
Strzok
[edit]This aged well, no mention of Durham investigation that outed both him and his GF. Come on man 2600:8807:328B:E900:7DD3:61BF:3335:8C56 (talk) 18:42, 26 June 2023 (UTC)
- "Outed" him as what? If you want to propose a change, be specific and back them up with reliable sources. – Muboshgu (talk) 18:48, 26 June 2023 (UTC)
Page
[edit]Does the current version of this article state whether Strzok is still in a relationship with Lisa Page? If so, I wasn't able to find this information (which anyone visiting this article might expect to find here). 98.123.38.211 (talk) 02:27, 27 September 2024 (UTC)
Misleading and dishonest content
[edit]Strzok was not fired because he disparaged Trump and his supporters in private emails. He was fired because he discussed using the Russian collusion hoax as an "insurance policy" to get rid of Trump if he won the election.
Page wrote Trump is “not ever going to become president, right? Right?!” Strzok replied, “No. No he’s not. We’ll stop it.”

Affair?
[edit]No mention of the affair he had with a woman on his 107.215.24.183 (talk) 17:42, 29 November 2024 (UTC)
- Peter Strzok#Text messages, first sentence:
The IG's investigation examined thousands of text messages exchanged using FBI-issued cell phones between Strzok and Lisa Page, with whom he was having an extramarital affair.
All you had to do was CTRL+F "affair" – Muboshgu (talk) 18:57, 29 November 2024 (UTC)
No longer cohosts podcast
[edit]Late November, 2024 he "had to leave" his podcast host role with MSW Media. Though I can't find any reporting on the reasons, both he and Allison Gill they indicated that it wasn't their choice during their final broadcast together. 2601:19C:5182:6210:4088:1C90:2144:E0F7 (talk) 21:34, 5 December 2024 (UTC)
Question: Do you have citations for Strzok leaving the podcast? Peaceray (talk) 17:18, 6 December 2024 (UTC)
