Splitting
[edit]Should it be mentioned that the road splits into eastbound and westbound lanes that are routed onto different streets (I'm sure there is some sort of technical name for this) in downtown Hillsboro, Cornelius, and Forest Grove? So in downtown Hillsboro it is both Baseline and Oak streets. Aboutmovies (talk) 22:41, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
- The technical term is one-way pair or one-way couplet. --NE2 18:25, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
Merge from Tualatin Valley Highway
[edit]Looks like we have duplicate info in this page with the pages Oregon Route 8 and Oregon Route 47. it's easy enough to say it's signed a certain way in the context of those articles (as at least one does now), and the current road system (as IDd in Oregon highways and routes) prefers the route 8/47 designations for the general public.
