Speedy declined

While the author removed the speedy tag, I agree that it was not merited. The topic is sourcable[1][2] and the article inprovable... reason enough to allow a valid topic to remain and be worked on over time and through regular editing. Schmidt, ^{MICHAEL Q.} 21:44, 8 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
